Beyond maintenance, we built a custom gift-voucher module from scratch: real-time balance tracking, a customer-facing balance checker so shoppers can check what’s left on a voucher without contacting support, automatic email notifications, CSV export for their finance team, and its own admin dashboard to manage the whole thing.
