Wave Uniforms supplies uniforms to yacht crews out of Palma de Mallorca, stocking over 30,000 SKUs across more than 30 brands. A standard add-to-cart checkout doesn’t fit how this business actually sells, most orders involve embroidery, sizing, and crew-specific customisation that needs a conversation first.
So we built the store around a custom quote-request workflow instead: a customer submits what they need, the team builds a design storyboard for approval, and only then does the order move to production. In-house customisation options, embroidery, screen-print, DTF, and sublimation, are built directly into that flow rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
