Biogen Lifescience sells nutrition and wellness supplements, and their WooCommerce store needed to do two things well at once: read as trustworthy to patients, and hold up to scrutiny from search engines on health-adjacent content.

We built the store with product and compliance content structured for both audiences, and went beyond standard WooCommerce configuration with two custom modules: a prescription-upload plugin that lets a customer attach their prescription directly at checkout, and an order-tracking module that automatically emails the customer a tracking link the moment their order status updates in the admin panel.
